A small team, by design
Katabatic Engineering is intentionally small. We operate as a principal-led team and bring on additional staff on a project-by-project basis when client engagements call for it. We typically do not maintain a bench.
When we hire, we look for people who match the ownership mentality that defines our work: engineers and project professionals who make decisions, communicate clearly, and stay accountable from procurement through closeout. Experience in remote, high-stakes, or schedule-driven environments is highly valued.
