KATABATIC ENGINEERING SERVICES
PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Project and Construction Management services for commercial and industrial infrastructure projects. Experience managing approximately $100 million of infrastructure construction projects from design through construction phases.
Experienced in managing and coordinating complex design teams consisting of general civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers as well as specialty technical consultants. Ability to manage infrastructure projects during the construction phase, including contractor selection and contracting, contract administration, and daily management of contractor and onsite quality assurance team.
ONLOT WASTEWATER & SEPTIC SYSTEM ENGINEERING DESIGN
Engineering design and Alaska State Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) permitting of residential and light commercial onlot wastewater treatment and disposal (septic) systems.
Provide coordination of design with owner and contractor to achieve cost-effective solutions to onlot wastewater disposal challenges that meet ADEC regulatory requirements.
GRADING PLANS AND SITE ENGINEERING
Site Engineering and grading plan development for individual residential developments, subdivisions, and industrial or commercial development.
RESIDENTIAL, MUNICIPAL, AND INDUSTRIAL CIVIL ENGINEERING
Civil Engineering design of roadways, stormwater infrastructure, potable water infrastructure, and wastewater infrastructure.
SWPPP PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
SPCC PLAN REVIEW AND CERTIFICATION
Conduct 5-year Professional Engineering review and certification of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans as required by the US EPA.
